At Raquel’s Wings for Life, we fly patients to select treatment centers.
Our head operator and prior commercial pilot is Fabio LaBrada who founded our organization, and has been flying patients for over three years.
Registering for a flight can be scheduled by email or over the phone.
You can apply ONLINE using our webform.
When contacting us by email, please include the following:
- your name
- patient’s name, age and condition
- contact information
- date and time you wish to be transported
- proof of a doctor’s permission to fly
- along with any questions, comments or special requests.
